SHIPPING FAQs

Shipping Information
We appreciate you shopping with us! We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. On holidays, Fridays after 3PM, and weekends, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your package shows delivered and you have not received it please contact and file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
We ask that you ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, but we know that sometimes mistakes can happen. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP at kelsi@krushtherunway.com.

Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.

Returning Information
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records. 
Cost of Shipping
All orders over $75 receive free shipping. All orders under $75 are a flat rate of $6.
