Refund policy
RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
-All items are eligible to receive a full refund within 30 days, please see below for exceptions & rules:
-Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will not be accepted for return.
-Original tags must be attached & intact.
-If you feel like you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
-Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed within another box to avoid damage from shipping. Damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted.
Finals sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
-Jewelry and all other items under "accessories"
-All Sale items including promotional and clearance.
-Holiday and seasonal items are subject to being "final sale". Any holiday-specific or seasonal items purchased full-price must be exchanged or returned before that holiday/season ends.
Shipping Notice: Processing orders typically takes 1-2 business days. Processing may have delays due to weather, electricity outage, holidays, etc. Standard shipping estimates 3-5 business days. These estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery may be impacted by weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Krush is not responsible for delays once the package leaves our facility. Krush is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer, however we will do our best to resolve any mistakes made during the checkout process. Pre-Order items are subject to longer processing times and will be noted in the item description.
